| 3. | Please convert your manuscript into pdf file. File size is below 2 MB.

| 4. | Please use the text format as Times New Roman, Century or Arial.

| 5. | Please use Microsoft-Word to write your manuscript.

| 6. | The format and attention points are described in template. |
